Start to Finish
The initial visit from our surveyor who will provide a fixed price quotation (subject to changes being made), along with a drawing of the planned layout.
If you accept the quotation we will require a deposit (This will enable us to order any relevant materials), we will then schedule the work for a specific date.
You will receive a letter of confirmation, which will explain the installation process and time schedule for your new bathroom. It will also confirm that you have paid your deposit and show the balance payable on completion.
On the first day, our fitter(s) will arrive at 9.00 am, unless another time has been specified. We understand that our customers require the full use of their facilities before we start work and therefore try and accommodate for this.
Our aim is for any materials to be delivered after we have arrived. Howe ever sometimes there is a need for a delivery prior to this. If this is the case we will keep you informed.
Our fitters will carry out the work with the minimum of noise and mess and will always clean up afterwards.
On completion we ask customers to check all the work that has been carried out and has been completed to their satisfaction. Once completed you will receive a 12 month installation warranty.
